Meetings related to the Afghan Affairs Committee

A Qatari-Afghan meeting was held to discuss cooperation in between. Chaired by Assistant Foreign Minister Lolwah Al Khater, and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Afghan Caretaker Government Amir Khan Muttaqi.

Several Qatari bodies and Afghan representatives participated to discuss ways of cooperation in education, Qatar expressed its desire to provide technical and material support for the educational sector in Afghanistan.

They focused on education, Arabic language, economics and developmental fields. Also the importance of the cooperation of Islamic countries and their contribution to the development of the Afghan people, especially through the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
