Organizing Committee of The Second Summit of Arab-South American
Countries (PDF) |
The Arab-South American Second Summit will be held at the Qatar
International Conferences Centre in Doha. The National Organizing
Committee is the supreme authority in Qatar responsible for
organizing the Summit meeting in collaboration with the General
Secretariat of the Arab League.
The tasks of the hosting country:
- Organization of the meeting, provision of reception, hospitality,
protocol, transportation, residence assistance, security and
protection;
– Coordinating the work of the General Secretariat of the Arab
League and south American Countries and organizing work at the Qatar
International Conferences Center, in aspects of organization,
security, protocol, secretariat, translation and media, as well as
rendering technical and logistic services directly.
The National Organizing Committee for the Summit Meeting is
