Minister of Justice HE Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan al Muhannadi will inaugurate the 12th Doha conference of Interfaith Dialogue 2016.

This year's conference will see around 500 personalities from inside and outside the State of Qatar. It will be under the slogan of “Spiritual and Intellectual Safety in the Light of Religious Doctrines”. The conference will conclude on February 17.

There will be four main panel discussions. The first panel is entitled “Religion and its Role in Spiritual and Intellectual Security”. The second panel is entitled “Destabilization of Moral and Intellectual Security”. It will discuss whether there is any religious or ideological context that can act as a background to violence.
The third panel discussion is entitled “Protecting Youth from Intellectual and Moral Violation and Cultural Alienation”.

 

The final panel discussion is entitled “Strategies for Protecting Spiritual and Intellectual Freedom and Security: Future Expectations”.
